The Rolling Stones Icewine is one of the rarest gifts to the wine world, with only 222 cases produced. Our Pinot Noir grapes are left to hang on the vine well into the winter months. When the temperature reaches –8°C the frozen grapes are handpicked and pressed in the extreme cold of the night.
